1. Eggs

2. Milk
There is only a small number of asthma sufferers that can get triggered by milk. Milk is a good way to get calcium so this one is a food that gets disputed by research. It can cause those who are triggered by it to start wheezing, lose their breath, and cough.
3. Soya
Soya is one of the more common food items that someone can have a reaction to. This can be found in mostly processed foods like soups in a can. It’s always good to read a label to make sure if it’s been used to preserve food before buying or eating it when having asthma.
4. Gluten
Avoiding gluten has shown in studies to help have less asthma attacks. Bakers asthma is a type of asthma that can come from working with gluten products. This is from breathing in too much of the wheat and can start getting into your lungs and mimics all the symptoms of an asthma attack.
5. Shellfish
Shellfish is a good thing to avoid when having asthma. The consumption of having some could send you into having anaphylaxis shock. Just inhaling the smell of shellfish can set off asthma symptoms.

8. Tree nuts
Anaphylaxis is most common due to tree nuts. People who suffer from asthma are at a higher chance to go into shock because of the nuts. The raw nut will bring on the asthma attack faster than oil from the nut due to it not being already processed and taking out some parts of the tree nuts.
